- The Studio Suite is a more intimate upstairs room that doubles as our bridal suite.
- A popular option for birthday parties and showers up to 35 guests.
- Room has audio and video capabilities.
- The Studio can be added to a Weaver’s Room rental for $300. If combined with Café on a Weaver’s Room rental the rate is $250 for each as a bridal and groom suite pairing.

CAFÉ

- The Café can accommodate smaller parties of up to 20 guests or those requiring wheelchair or elderly accessibility.
- This lower level suite also conveniently connects directly to the Weaver’s Room and frequently serves as a groom suite and/or bar area during larger events.
- Room has audio and video capabilities.
- The Café can be added to a Weaver’s Room rental for $300. If combined with The Studio Suite on a Weaver’s Room rental the rate is $250 for each as a bridal and groom suite pairing.

DEPOSITS & OTHER FEES
25% of the total rental price is required to secure a date. 50% if reservation is made within 60 days of event.
All events are subject to a $300 refundable security deposit.
Any date that falls on a holiday or holiday weekend is subject to Saturday rates.
Due to ongoing demand, dates cannot be held without payment.
Outdoor ceremony: $400 (chairs not included)
Non-refundable alcohol fee: $250 (no fee for wine or champagne)
A portable stage is available for rent upon request for $200/event
Hourly rentals based on time in to time out. Be sure to leave time for set up and clean up.
4-hours is a typical minimum rental time.
